About

The cloud should not belong to five companies

VirtConsole is built by ReadyDedis, LLC for the independent providers who keep the internet diverse: hosting companies, MSPs, and teams running their own hardware. We build the control plane that lets a small team offer what the hyperscalers offer, on racks they own.

Self-hosted first

Your panel, your data, your hardware. Nothing routes through our servers, and white-label means your customers see your brand, not ours.

Everything included

No feature gates, no add-on licenses. Every plan ships the full surface, from Kubernetes to GPU passthrough to built-in payments.

Honest comparisons

Our compare pages say where OpenStack, CloudStack and the VPS panels still lead. If another tool fits you better, you should use it.

Our mission

Enterprise-grade cloud management, without the complexity

Cloud infrastructure management has long been divided into two camps: massively complex platforms like OpenStack that require dedicated teams to operate, and bare-bones panels that lack the features hosting providers actually need.

VirtConsole bridges that gap. VPC networking, managed load balancers, automated billing, live migrations, and S3-compatible storage in a platform that a single admin can deploy and manage, all built on proven, battle-tested open-source technology: KVM, QEMU, and libvirt.

Every feature is driven by real-world feedback from hosting providers who manage infrastructure day in and day out. No bloat, no unnecessary abstraction layers, just the tools you need to run a reliable cloud.

Milestones

Building the future of cloud management

Key moments in the VirtConsole journey, from first deployment to the features powering production workloads today.

v1.0

Platform launch

Core instance management, multi-hypervisor orchestration, backup system, billing integrations with WHMCS and Blesta, and the admin/user control panel.

v2.0

VPC networking & Cloud Service billing

Isolated VPC networks with VXLAN overlay, NAT gateways, built-in hourly billing, S3-compatible object storage, self-provisioning packs, and high availability.

v2.1

Load balancers, managed databases & projects

Managed HAProxy load balancers with SSL termination, fully managed MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL databases with read replicas, user scripts, project-based resource organization, and expanded billing integrations.

v2.2

Streaming backups, GPU passthrough & IAM

A rebuilt backup pipeline streaming to S3/SFTP/FTP/rclone with zero local staging, PCIe GPU passthrough for compute workloads, team management with IAM, a unified monitoring dashboard, a web SSH terminal, autoscaling groups, and a redesigned resource-creation UI.

v2.2.3

Managed Kubernetes

Fully managed Kubernetes clusters with single-node or HA control planes, worker node pools, a cluster autoscaler, in-cluster load balancing, and rolling upgrades.

v2.2.4

Integrated payments & AI assistant

The platform goes stable. Built-in payments with Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal, automated invoicing, tax and refunds, self-service plan changes, an AI assistant that provisions and manages your whole stack, and a comprehensive admin REST API.

v2.2.5

Git push-to-deploy & live updates

Connect a GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Gitea repo and every push deploys automatically, with PR preview environments, zero-downtime rolling releases, and automatic HTTPS. Plus live platform updates from the admin panel and bandwidth overage billing.

v3.0.0Stable

Infrastructure as code & AI agents

The platform moves to Laravel 13 on PHP 8.3 and gains two programmatic surfaces: an OpenTofu / Terraform provider with 56 resources and data sources, and a remote MCP server exposing hundreds of tools so AI agents can operate it conversationally.
